General:
- Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself and if you need glasses, we suggest you bring those along.

- Can I bring an extra person on the day?
Yes, as long as the total number of people doesn’t exceed 6. Please note they'll need to pay on arrival.

- What if I'm late to arrive?
Regardless of what time you arrive, your session will end at the scheduled time to allow for the next customers. So if you’re late, you’ll have less time to enjoy the experience.

- Do you have food and drinks?
We don’t provide food or drinks at this time. Any bought with you are not permitted inside the escape room.
Important information:
- What is an escape room?
An escape room is an experience where a group of people get "locked" in a room and have to work together to solve puzzles and complete challenges to escape.

- Is there a minimum age requirement?
The minimum age requirement will depend on the room. Our current room, The Killer’s Game, has an age requirement of at least 12 years.

- How long does the escape room experience go for?
We allow up to 75 minutes but if you’re smart cookies, you may escape a lot faster.
​
- Is it scary?
What’s scary and what isn’t is highly subjective and dependent on which room you book. Our current room, The Killer’s Game is considered mildly-moderately scary (it does contain mature themes and some jump scares).

- Is it hard?
Everyone is different so what you find hard, others might find easy and vice-versa. That said, we consider our current room, The Killer’s Game to be moderately difficult.

- How much does it cost?
2 players - $100
3 players - $135
4 players - $172
5 players - $205
6 players - $246

- Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. You can book a session at least 3 hours in advance.

- Am I actually locked in the room?
No. For safety reasons, we can’t legally lock you in a room.

- If one of my group doesn't turn up, can I get a refund?
No.
